2025 College Scholarship Application Period

At St. James Lodge #4, we are proud to support the next generation of leaders by investing in the academic journey of driven and dedicated students. Our scholarship program is open to new and currently enrolled undergraduate students.  

Note: Only applicants who submit all required documentation will be considered. Incomplete applications or submissions received after the deadline will not be reviewed. Additionally, any essay written in whole or in part using artificial intelligence (AI) will result in automatic disqualification.

In order to be considered for a scholarship award, applicants must submit the following materials via email to: stjameslodge4scholarship@gmail.com  

• The completed scholarship application; 
• A recent photograph; 
• A copy of your letter of acceptance; 
• High school transcript; 
• A list of the extracurricular activities that you have participated in; 
• Two letters of recommendation from either a mentor, teacher, coach, or supervisor; 
• 500-word essay in response to the following topic: Upon graduating from college, how will you leverage your education to impact your community?

Note: If submitting via the lodge website, please note the following:  

• Each file must be less than 10 MB. 
• The total size of all attachments must be less than 15 MB 
• If your files exceed this limit, compress or combine them before submitting.

Please do not mail any documents to the Lodge’s physical address.
